Your club’s records

Where is your club starting from?

Whether your history is organised, scattered or barely begun, the first step is understanding what your club already has.

  1. 01

    We already have the records.

Turn spreadsheets, databases or well-maintained records into a connected archive people can explore.

  2. 02

Our history is all over the place.

Bring usable history together from annual reports, websites, PDFs, honour boards, scorebooks and other sources.

  3. 03

We don’t know where to start.

Begin with what can be verified now and grow the archive as more records become available.

Historical integrity

History doesn’t have to be complete to be worth preserving.

RecordRoom preserves source-supported information, identifies gaps and treats conflicting historical sources carefully. Unknown information is not silently turned into zero, and missing facts are never invented.

Preserve what is known.

Identify what is incomplete.

Never turn uncertainty into fact.

Common questions

Questions clubs usually ask.

What if our records are incomplete?

That is normal. RecordRoom preserves what is known, identifies gaps clearly and does not present uncertain information as established fact.

What if we don’t have much historical data?

A club does not need a complete historical collection to start. An archive can begin with what can currently be verified and grow as more records become available.

Do we need to organise our records before contacting you?

No. Records can be organised, scattered or incomplete. Understanding and organising what exists is part of the RecordRoom process.

Does RecordRoom replace our existing club website?

Usually no. A RecordRoom archive is normally designed to complement the club’s main website as a dedicated historical destination.

How much does an archive cost?

The Archive Assessment is free. The archive build receives a fixed quote after the records and scope are assessed. Archive Care currently ranges from A$199 to A$399 per year for normal club archives.

Can the archive keep growing?

Yes. RecordRoom archives are designed so new seasons and additional verified historical information can be added over time.
