How much material exists
The volume and historical span of the available records shape the work.

Reports and scans require more extraction than structured digital data.
Historical reconciliation
Conflicts, identities and changing competitions may need careful review.
Archive depth
A deeper archive may connect players, seasons, records, honours and history.
Special requirements
Unusual structures, integrations or custom functionality can affect scope.
Fixed quote after assessment. A reliable generic archive-build range will not be published until there is enough commercial evidence to support one.

What counts as archive expansion?
Archive Care covers normal maintenance and annual growth. Separate project work may be required for larger additions.
Any additional scope and price is agreed before that work begins.

Yes. There is no charge and no obligation to proceed. It helps RecordRoom understand enough about the records to recommend a realistic next step.
Why don’t you publish one archive-build price?
The work differs significantly between clean structured data and records requiring extensive extraction or reconciliation. A fixed quote follows the assessment.
Will we know the full build price before work starts?
Yes. The archive scope and fixed quote are agreed before the full build begins.
What currency are prices shown in?
All public RecordRoom Sports website prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD).
What does Archive Care pay for?
Hosting, routine maintenance, normal support, reasonable corrections and one consolidated annual archive update.
What if we want to add much more history later?
Small supported additions may fit within Archive Care. Substantial extraction or expansion can be assessed and quoted separately.
